I'm so encouraged by the developments that are occurring since the election of DJT, but I do wonder if it will continue in 2 and 4 years from now. Is this a movement based on a man, or a true sea change based on an ideological shift?

@EricLDaugh @elonmusk This is the most impactful event of the election. That may be a bit of an overstatement, but it is truly hard to overstate the impact of Musk's acquisition. (yeah, I know I just overstated it...but you know what I mean)

Top Democratic strategist Jim Messina calling early voting numbers “scary” on MSNBC “is the biggest indication we’ve seen that the early vote is a problem for” Kamala Harris, says @MarkHalperin. Messina’s comments are “brutal honesty. Look at every major urban center in the swing states and there is not one — not Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta, Las Vegas or Phoenix — where Democrats are doing well. And the problem is two voting blocs. It's Blacks, Latinos and people of color and young voters.”

Predictions coming soon. Here's a teaser: I'm dialing back my initial assertion that Trump would win the popular by 7 (although I certainly still think that's very possible). My official popular vote prediction will be around 4 to 5 percent for Trump.

They waited a couple hours in both 2016 and 2020 to call South Carolina for Trump.

@jeremymoorenc Their model is D+4. In 2020, the electorate was D+1. No way this year is more Democrat than 4 years ago. Oh, and by the way, Biden won indies by ELEVEN in 2020!
