Note your car has to be on the drive and blocked in, no offence to block someone’s access to their driveway.

I’m really sorry to loose Phil as my Councillor and colleague. He worked tirelessly for East Barnet residents and successfully supported them in their campaigns. Last year we saw almost half a million houses planned on green belt - 54% more than 2016. It's unacceptable that developments of this scale are being approved on Green Belt land without consideration of brownfield alternatives. buff.ly/2IXLILo
