April 21st • VERY BAD DAY i had a monster coffee and two granola bars, got super high and forgot I ate so I had a whole chicken biryani and chocolate milk like a dumbass • 1400 cals oh my god • 150 ish burned • 3 cups water • fuck my dumb fucking life bro

April 20th • matcha latte and croissant for breakfast, Ramen for dinner • ended up binging a little on a whole bag of popcorn and 3 granola bars fml • 1755 cals 😭 • 260 ish burned • 4 cups water
