But there is always a way to express that without undermining the effort, identity, and artistry of others, especially in a public space where words carry weight. Cortis, as artists, have never positioned themselves above anyone else. They’ve supported, acknowledged, and uplifted where they could. That’s why situations like this stand out, because the same level of professionalism and consideration doesn’t seem to be returned. This isn’t about overreacting or taking things out of context.
