My mind is made up, there is no way I'm letting him go. He's been abandoned by two other owners and I cannot do this to him. I've seen Juba transform from a sickly, malnourished and neglected dog, to a dog that is full of life a and vigor. He's changed in only two weeks and has won my heart and love. I am forfeiting my apt. My dog is officially family at this juncture and I was brought up to always be there for your family
