Day 23 - DONE ✅ Total Climbs - 84 The team had a very long day covering 195km, climbing 3000m and 4 NE climbs in high winds. They saved the notorious Chapel Fell until last where the wind made a 16% gradient feel like 30%! Today's rest day couldn't have come at a better time!

@Vaughters So banning radios and power meters wouldn't make the racing more interesting/entertaining? If riders are not being told what to do, when to go, to wait and sit up for a rider etc. would this not be more entertaining and less predictable?

While I have not been a fan of Lappartient; quite a few of his ideas said here make business sense. The parties in Cycling need to stop focusing on their individual needs, and start looking at how to make the sport more competitive in a 21st century entertainment/media landscape.

@Vaughters No radio’s or power meters for me would make better racing.

To be clear, the radio and power meter ban stuff is just dumb. But the rest shows good critical thinking.
