JULIAN ASSANGE IS FREE Julian Assange is free. He left Belmarsh maximum security prison on the morning of 24 June, after having spent 1901 days there. He was granted bail by the High Court in London and was released at Stansted airport during the afternoon, where he boarded a plane and departed the UK. This is the result of a global campaign that spanned grass-roots organisers, press freedom campaigners, legislators and leaders from across the political spectrum, all the way to the United Nations. This created the space for a long period of negotiations with the US Department of Justice, leading to a deal that has not yet been formally finalised. We will provide more information as soon as possible. After more than five years in a 2x3 metre cell, isolated 23 hours a day, he will soon reunite with his wife Stella Assange, and their children, who have only known their father from behind bars. WikiLeaks published groundbreaking stories of government corruption and human rights abuses, holding the powerful accountable for their actions. As editor-in-chief, Julian paid severely for these principles, and for the people's right to know. @Manaburner You can track development at github.com/cyph/cyph. The apps are just WebSign clients (cyph.com/websign), so they don't need to be updated often, but in the near future we're going to start publishing regular no-op updates to keep the release notes and metadata current.

@MrAureliusR Typically within 24 hours max, but often less than 12 hours. Accounts are regularly signed & verified by the Cyph team in bulk batches 2-3 times per day. Your account should already be active. FYI you can still use solo features (e.g. notes & files) while pending verification.

@cyph I paid for an individual plan, it didn't get applied, I emailed you, and days later, there's no response. If you take people's money, you should also provide customer support, because there's this thing called a chargeback, which you don't want to experience, I'm sure!

@CtrlPew @parler_app May I introduce you to @cyph. It's basically a remake of keybase from the origional keybase team. They launched it directly after they sold Keybase to zoom. It has loads of features, like burner chats, high quality video chat, and a very rudimentary social media component.

@mattbtc @CtrlPew @parler_app We've been a pretty small team for a while, but we are ramping up thx to support from early adopters like @mattbtc, and big things are coming soon! Cyph is absolutely safer & more private, but we can't yet support groups as large as @CtrlPew (working on this!)

@cyph hi why is the log-in taking so long? I'm just trying to activate a secondary device so I can safely complete the registration process, but now I'm stuck in this loop and it won't finish and I have other things to do like go outside
