There is bread for everyone if it is given to everyone. There is bread for everyone if it is taken, not with a hand that snatches away, but with a hand that gives. In this way, the food was abundant. It was not rationed out of necessity. It was not stolen in strife. It was not wasted by those who gorge themselves in the presence of those who have nothing to eat. #ApostolicJourney #Cameroon vatican.va/content/leo-xi…

I welcome Iran’s announcements that the Strait of Hormuz is completely open for all commercial vessels for the remainder of the ceasefire. This a step in the right direction. The @UN position remains clear: we need the full restoration of international navigational rights & freedoms in the Strait of Hormuz, respected by everyone. I also hope that, together with the ceasefire, this measure will contribute to creating confidence between the parties and strengthen the ongoing dialogue facilitated by Pakistan.

I’m done with all this Catholic v Protestant arguing. There is so much pride and arrogance on show, all while evil runs rampant throughout the world. Congrats, guys. Satan is playing you like a fiddle, while the world ( not Rome), burns.

🚨 NEW: 65% of Brits support the Green Party's policy of capping CEO pay at ten times the pay of the lowest paid employee

The UK and US share one of the world’s most powerful economic relationships, with more than $1.7 trillion invested in each other and growing. Supporting over 2.5 million jobs and $430 billion in trade, this partnership delivers real value on both sides of the Atlantic. #GreaterTogether @GREATBritain

It’s good news that the Strait of Hormuz has now reopened. This must be a long lasting and workable solution, without tolls or restrictions on routes. Today we announced our joint plan with France and other international partners to protect freedom of navigation. We need to see a return to peace and stability, and a permanent ceasefire.
