This week alone, humanitarians were targeted in attacks twice while delivering much-needed assistance to people in need in Ukraine. In Kherson, a clearly marked UN vehicle delivering aid to civilians was hit by two drone strikes. Earlier this week, another UN aid truck was struck in the Dnipro region.
