Okay… The Akita is my 13th most died to weapon in Black Ops 7 and it had a ton of people raging and calling for a nerf The VS Recon is my 2nd most died to weapon and there’s almost no community complaints… The sniping is like Cold War again. It’s miserable to deal with. Unflinchable, Aim Assisted Snipers that 1 shot everywhere except below the knee. This can’t be that hard to balance.

Snipers shouldn’t be fucking shotguns lol. Any good player within a short time frame of using a sniper is a walking kill streak

For being the studio that crippled snipers in BO1, they sure seem to have fallen in love after that It started with Toughness snipers in Black Ops 2. Its such an easy thing to balance: quick ADS animation to reward reflex and accuracy, generous one shot kill zone, but tons of flinch (with no attachments to mitigate it) to balance them from being shotguns with scopes. That way they're viable and good snipers do well, but there is counterplay Without flinch, there is no counter play. How do you outgun an M15 or Maddox? Just be better... it's frustrating, but they can be outgunned and outplayed How to you counter a sniper? Hope they miss. Balance like that takes agency away from the player. I've been saying this stuff since 2012, its really so simple

@tdawgsmitty Ever since COD 2019 the graphics have gotten worse in my opinion, I’d rather a more “video game” aesthetic over the ultra realistic graphics. All the BO2 remakes are horrible and look dead compared to the originals

I think the problem is they have to do things right from the start. Once players leave it’s rare they come back. The balancing issues. The “drip feeding” of game modes and weapons that people want at the start. People are fed up of waiting for March/ April for the game to be in a good state when it should have been wayyyyy closer to launch. @MaTtKs please just give us more old gen remasters bundled with CODs moving forward

In my honest and most fair opinion, reduce ads and movement speed for SMGs will be a good nerf. Reduce the ttk for ARs from 4 bullets to 6-7 and reduce the range. Will be a perfect balance people can still go off with them and will still give snipers a chance to actually shoot back.

Yo @MaTtKs genuine question not trying to bring hate or negativity to you BUT. Why has this cod been one of the only cods that didn’t come out with two bolt snipers from launch. Why have we been teased and denied the ballista for 5-6 weeks now and now hearing it’s going to be ANOTHER 3 weeks? Not even getting into the buffs on the smgs and ARs that they really needed nerfs on not buffs. Game just feels like it’s catering to the spawn trap tryhard CDL wanna be players and not the casual snipers, trickshotters, knifers, ect that play the game for content and entertainment for everyone. Seems like today’s update has upset more than ever before.
