Dear @victorosimhen9, I hope this meets you well.
While watching tonight’s Champions League Football, all I could think about is that the best players in the world compete at this level. This is the stage where real stars are made.
I understand that life’s experiences may have made you fall in love with the club in Turkey, especially considering what you went through growing up without the kind of love and support every child deserves.
You had to fight your way out and become who you are today. What Gala is showing you may feel like the love you missed, but don’t let that cloud your judgment. You are a professional and one of the best Nigerian exports in recent memory.
But the best players play in the best leagues in the world.
I don’t know what legacy you believe you can build at a club in Turkey that doesn’t command global attention, but you are doing your professional career a disservice.
Let this summer be your opportunity to secure a move to a top league. Leave Turkey for players like Onuachu and others. That is their level, not yours.
Go and compete with the very best. That is your ceiling.
You don’t have unlimited time in your career, especially with how fast club football evolves. Make the move before it’s too late.
Again, your legacy in Turkey will not be widely remembered beyond its borders. The moment another striker emerges, attention shifts.
Also, stop using giveaways to silence those who should be telling you the truth. Impecunious influencers will always say what you want to hear; they will never be truthful with you.
Follow Lookman’s path, stay humble, and secure your next big move while you still can.

Nigeria really thrives on hype and scam.
This popular Don Julio drink is a very cheap liquor of £135 only. Yes, you heard me right: Very cheap liquor.
Yet once it enters Nigeria, it becomes gold and everybody bows to worship it.
From real estate to restaurants to clubs,
What is called “luxury” in Nigeria, is nothing but scam and exploitation.

Akin Olaoye@akintollgate
This iconic bottle of Don Julio 1942 retails for around ₦500,000 at premium drinks stores in Nigeria. In the clubs? It moves for ₦1.2M in regular spots to ₦2M+ in top Lagos venues. Guess what? Over 2,000 original bottles are purchased on a typical weekend across the country! The fakes probably double these figures. Data is key… Nigeria’s luxury space is underrated!

Terrorists are planning attacks on key infrastructure in Abuja and Niger state, according to a memo by the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
The Associated Press, which obtained the memo, reported that the planned targets include the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and a prison facility in Abuja, as well as a military detention centre in neighbouring Niger state.

The Uk 🇬🇧 government is finding every means possible to stop the naturalisation of many legal migrants who came here during Covid.
Let’s be honest about what happened.
When the country needed workers in the NHS, care homes, transport, logistics, they opened the door.
People left their countries, families, and stability to come and fill those gaps.
Now?
The goalpost is moving!
You paid:
• IHS fee
• Visa application fee
• Visa renewal fee
And you’re expected to pay:
• ILR fee
• Life in the UK test
• British passport fee
Thousands upon thousands of pounds.
All from people who:
1. Cannot access public funds
2. Pay full international tuition if they study
3. Are restricted from certain opportunities
4. Still show up to work and pay taxes
Tell me… what exactly is the problem here?
You pay:
1. Income tax
2. Council tax
3. National Insurance
4. Pension
Wait.
If you’re “not needed”, why are you paying into a pension system you may never benefit from?
Politicians are now everywhere sowing the seed of discord.
The Conservative Party under the leadership of @KemiBadenoch is pushing longer routes, up to 15 years to settle.
The @reformparty_uk party under the leadership of @Nigel_Farage wants to scrap ILR entirely.
And voices within that circle are telling the public that migrants are a “£20,000 burden”.
A burden?
From people who are literally funding the system?
And then you have @Labour under the leadership of @10DowningStreet trying to sit on the fence.
Saying just enough to sound fair, but never enough to fix anything!
Here’s the truth;
You cannot invite people in,
Take their labour,
Take their taxes,
Take their money at every stage…
And then rewrite the rules when it’s time to honour your side.
That’s not policy.
That’s exploitation. Or modern day slavery.
If migrants are truly a burden…
Stop charging them.
Stop taxing them.
Stop depending on them.
But we all know you won’t.
What you all want is for people to continue
Paying.
Working.
Waiting.
Indefinitely.
