@diarylce i hardly sleep like literally ever and i’m gonna be honest.. it does make it easier to trigger binges. i do think i FEEL and look smaller when i sleep more :// but i don’t think there’s much of an actual difference. you burn more by being active more, but rest is still needed.

is it possible to still lose weight while fasting if im pulling all nighters ? cause ik sleep is a big factor for wl
