Last night between midnight and 2am, they tried to pass two bad versions of FISA…
Both would have allowed Feds to unconstitutionally spy on Americans.
We stopped both versions, but the fight isn’t over. Eventually, it was decided to give them two more weeks to fix FISA.

It is clear to me that this is the prosecution’s strategy. Remember, Erika has direct and consistent communication with Kash Patel and the President. If she actually wanted a speedy trial, she could call them both and ask them to hand over the data that the defense is requesting pertaining to their September reports, which they plan to rely upon for the evidentiary hearing.
She doesn’t want to do that.
What she actually wants is the ability to blame the FBI and ATF for the delays while insisting that she, as the victim, wants the trial to move quickly as though they aren’t moving as one organ.
The defense said today that they haven’t even SEEN the gun or accessed Tyler Robinson’s text messages. That is by design. They want a probable cause hearing that will be based on hearsay so they can delude the public via an effective show trial into thinking they have mountains of evidence.
This is my opinion after reading the filings and listening to the arguments.

I’m so sick of DropSite’s shitty clickbait whenever it comes to Venezuela and Cuba. The IMF didn’t have a neutral “freeze”—they cut ties bc US refused to recognize their govt. Theyre making it seem like Vzla is “moving toward” the IMF, when it’s the IMF that did the excluding..$5bn in 🇻🇪’s own SDR reserves were withheld bc IMF didn’t recognize their govt—not voluntarily abandoned. But potentially regaining access to resources it was prevented from, doesn’t give Dropsite the same clickbait satisfaction🙄
