Great first session this week for @CombinedNHS Nursing and Healthcare Professionals CPD. We covered schizophrenia, brain pathways, antipsychotics, and then Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome and Serotonin Syndrome. Next session 11th March. #Nursing #CPD

@doctor_jef Service user feels far more transactional in nature. Client suggests choice. I prefer patient as it is associated with caring too which is a major reason for going into the health CARE profession.

I’m not suggesting one is right or wrong, but when did our patients become clients? Why have we felt the need to switch to this new terminology?
