This week, #EastersideHNB have been reading The Tiny Seed. The children then planted their own tiny seeds in the garden planter. They planted sunflowers, carrots, broad beans, apple seeds and some wild flowers.

#EastersideYear1and2 have been visited by Amanda's Creature Comforts as part of their science work. The children were learning about suitable habitats before creating a variety of habitats for real animals. #EastersideScience
Our Y5/6 football team were invited to Rockliffe Park. They toured the grounds, gained an insight into the Education Programme, had a coaching session and played in a tournament. They even got to see the @Boro players in action! #EastersideSports#EastersideEnrichment
EYs have been developing their artistic skills outside by creating an art zone. Children painted different materials and explored rolling and stamping objects to make marks. Children mixed the paints together to make different colours. #EastersideEarlyYears#EastersideArt
