Really poor customer service @britishairways ! Told all hand baggage had to go into the hold @HeathrowAirport ! Flight delayed! Then watched late arrivals walking on with large cabin bags! Overhead lockers were not full!

GRI - I was admitted to hospital after feeling very unwell, with treatment & help of the staff especially ward 65 I was discharged in just under a week feeling better. Great experience under exceptional conditions from doctors, nurses, porters & cleaners made a great team.
