@UnWnModder Though I imagine some would if they realllllyyyyyy wanted a baby. Theoretically two units could use donor sperm/synthetic sperm and an implanted egg to make a baby the old fashioned way but at that point just adopt since it would be just some human baby.

@UnWnModder They could, though it doesn't really happen since they would be effectively need to remain outside of combat with specialized equipment installed inside of them running constant diagnostics on the fetus to keep it alive. It's impractical even though it's possible.
