If you think this is an ordinary benchpress then you have never seen or done one in your entire life. Anyone who looks at 18 seconds of training and tries to pass critical judgment on the person training shouldn't be speaking on it. This could be a burnout set at the end of a workout, it could be training for explosiveness, they could be training for something else, etc...etc...it's an olympic athlete, it's stupid to assume that they're just benching 10 lbs (or whatever this weight is) because that's all they can bench.
