Today we are introducing the Broad Sound Taxonomy, a user-friendly taxonomy for the categorization of sounds that enables new ways to browse Freesound. Sounds are labeled by their creators, but we also use ML models to categorize previously uploaded sounds blog.freesound.org/?p=2206

We can not provide a specific answer as it does not depend on us but on the global university IT services. Current estimate is that services should be back in the afternoon, but this might change. Thanks for the understanding.

The university IT infrastructure where Freesound is hosted is experiencing general problems since yesterday June 12th, 23h CEST. We are working to have Freesound up and running again as soon as possible.
