@GWRHelp evening! Quick question, I have an advance ticket for the 18:00 from paddington currently missing a driver, if the train hasn't been cancelled by 18:30 can I get the 18:30 train, or do I have to wait for the 18:00 to be cancelled?

@GWRHelp can you please confirm when app is going to be fixed? Since the horrific upgrade. It Constantly logs me out and often difficult to log in at Padd due to poor reception. Obviously the staff are super helpful in letting you through barriers when in a hurry (they’re not!)

@GWRHelp I already tried and nothing worked. What is absolutely nuts is to make me pay for your mistake when you could've resend the email with the PDF or get me another ticket for the same price for the next train or have you no value or respect for your customers?

@GWRHelp what kind of bloody rubbish was that ?? Can't get my ticket on my phone nor the pdf backup then called you and YOU see the booking number but can't bloody give it and now I missed my train and paid DOUBLE the price ON MY GODDAMN BIRTHDAY THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

@GWRHelp There's no such thing as my journeys on my account nor the refund page. It's pretty simple you messed up real good and ruined my birthday and cost me almost 300£ when I initially paid half of it. As your colleague said I'm entitled to a full refund. Don't make me get the lawyers
