Answer These Before You Create Your Course: 1. Who is this for? 2. What is this about? 3. What problem do I solve? 4. What is my unique process? 5. What promise does this make? This will narrow your messaging. Increasing the likelihood of success.

Organized crime outfits are good at bribing airline employees for flight manifests (lists of passengers). They then Google each name, create a list of apparent high-value targets, and arrive early to look for the right names on limo driver signs. They pay or threaten the actual limo drivers, who leave and are replaced. This is why I use pseudonyms for any car service pickups around the world. By using a made-up name for your car reservation, if you see a placard with your real name on it, you know it’s a set-up. If you become successful—or simply appear successful on the Internet—and travel a lot overseas, this is not paranoia.

Easy Steps to Grow and Create Content Running a digital business can be exciting. But it’s also full of challenges. In this post, I’ll share some simple ways to track your work and create content to help your business grow. Fine-Tuning Your Business I’ve been reading a book called The Lean Startup. One idea that really stood out is called “tuning the engine.” This means making small changes in your business to make it run better. But it’s important to check if these changes are actually helping. Here’s how I do it: 1. Break It Down: Look at all the parts of your business and see what can be improved. 2. Track Changes: Keep a record of the changes you make and check if they are working. Daily Check-Ins To stay organized, I have a daily meeting with myself. This digital journal helps me track my ideas and experiments. Here’s how it works: • Write Down Ideas: Putting thoughts on paper makes it clear what’s working and what’s not. • Track Results: I keep track of what happens after I try new things. • Learn and Improve: With a record, I can see patterns and make better decisions. Doing this every day helps me improve how I run my business. Repurposing Content Creating new content all the time is impossible. I found a way to make one piece of content work for many platforms: 1. Start Big: Make one long video or article. 2. Break It Down: Turn the big piece into smaller parts, like blog posts, podcasts, and social media posts. 3. Share Everywhere: Use these smaller pieces across different platforms to reach more people. This method saves time and keeps my content authentic instead of forced. Automating the Right Way When starting out, I wanted to automate EVERYTHING. But it’s better to first understand each part of your business. Here’s why: • Know Your Business: Before automating, make sure you know how everything works. • Build a Strong Base: Documenting your process helps you create systems that work well. Once you have a solid foundation, THEN you can start automating to save time. The Ultimate Freedom Flywheel I’m developing something I call the “Ultimate Freedom Flywheel.” It’s a system that will keep my business running smoothly. It’s still a work in progress, but it will help my business grow and improve over time. Cold Outreach To grow my business, I’m experimenting with new strategic partners. Here’s my plan: • Find the Right People: I look for other entrepreneurs who have audiences like mine. • Offer a Good Deal: I propose a 30% recurring commission for promoting my $97/month software. • Set Goals: My aim is to get 5 new partners out of every 100 contacts. By trying this approach, I hope to increase my leverage serving one to many as opposed to just one to one. Experimentation Running a business is about learning and adapting. • Experiment • Create smart content • Reach out to new people Overcome the challenges and grow your business. Keep experimenting. Fine tuning each of these steps will bring you that much closer to success.

I’m worthless. I’ve tried for so long. 3 failed social media accounts. 2 failed driving tests. 1 failure of a human being. It’s time to give up. Hang the old noggin. Start my life of addiction. Addiction to: Endless video games. Deliciously nauseating junk food. Brainlessly scrolling through nothing. A fixation on instant dopamine and depressing highs. Things that made me cope better but feel worse. Addictions that — created an empty shell. But every time I tried to eat healthy foods, or, stop video games, or, quit scrolling, my brain would stay paralyzed. I begged and begged and begged to stop this self-destruction. But my brain would keep me captive. And force me back to my horrible habits. Because I was addicted… Right? A couple months later, my grandma came to visit for her 1 time/year vacation. My mom, dad, brother, and grandma, were gathered around the dinner table. And she said this right before we ate: “You know Nicholas. You can do anything you want to. You just have to work for it.” I looked at her extremely confused. Because it really came out of left field haha. But she just smiled at me. I gave a half smile back. Maybe she said it because I looked down. Or maybe it was because she just wanted me to know. I’m not sure. But that sentence… It changed my life. I stopped playing video games. I quit eating junk food 24/7. I cut down to 0 scrolling. I realized that… I could live. Live a life on my own terms. Live a dream higher than the clouds. Live a life that’s worth living. We aren’t worthless. Just human.

@johnmmedeiros I think lately it may be breathwork. Guided variations either Wim Hoff or others. Plenty of videos on youtube. I do a different one each day. But many many benefits.
