I managed to injure my shoulder again but at least i did 120 on squat before the year ends

My gym achievements of this year - squatting 100kg - lifting my weight on incline dumbbell press - maxing out triceps extension - preacher curl 40kg - seeing my abs for the first time - fixed my shoulder pain ( I got wrist pain instead )
