@ASOS_HeretoHelp Hi, my order says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t, I’ve been in all day and the doorbell has not rung and there is no package. This is the second time this has happened to me.

@Hermesparcels the blue is where my parcel got delivered and the red is where I actually live. It’s not even the same street this is ridiculous! 😤😤😤 I’ve even been over there and knocked on doors and no one has it I want to know where my parcel has gone!!!!!
