@jabberwock951 Had a patient who was on assessment ward, TTO written and sent to GP before they left. They then had a prolonged seizure and subsequent admission. Cannot rewrite the TTO (system says no), and wouldn’t let us make another one for the same admission period. That was fun.

Hate this drive to PREP TTOS! THEY WERE ADMITTED AN HOUR AGO PREP THE TTOS! The most accurate TTO is done *when the patient leaves*.

One car in the middle of the junction on Woodborough road has meant that Nottingham has become gridlocked. And it’s chucking it down. Been waiting an hour for one bus - and my (paper) bag has not fared well.

Can someone tell me how annual leave works for fy1? I understand we get 27 days (I think) but do we have to split this evening in each rotation for instance 9 days per 4 month rotation?

How a missing full stop can make all the difference….. Many of my colleagues were asking the same question actually.

We went to see David Hockney’s Bigger & Closer (not smaller & further away) exhibition last week and it was incredible. Lots of artistic inspiration. Big recommend and worth a journey for - closes next month. 🏊‍♂️☀️🌳📷
