@majojojo2mil Korea is located in the north and was historically a homogeneous ethnic society, naturally there were no brown-skinned populations before immigrants of various racial backgrounds gradually started arriving in modern times.

No. It was a passive aggressive insult, and the receiver took offense.
"Your fake boobs aren't nearly as pretty as real ones. Why are you mad? I gave you a compliment! I can't believe you got mad just because somebody complimented your boobs."
If the tweet had said, "His tan skin is so beautiful!" Then there would have been zero offense, but instead it accused Koreans of having fake skin while complimenting ONE Korean as the exception.
It's not complicated. Just don't be an asshole.
