Iran is trying very hard to keep up crude oil price. On the other hand, Trump doing everything possible to bring down crude oil price.

@itzpradeep Even if you exclude Land value/rent, the electricity relates issues are more. Not in all areas you can install these. U need special permission lines and backup generators etc etc. these guys says only 2-3 laks enough is not even 10% you will end up spending.
