today i rode my bike to the library and then volunteered at the farmers market and then bought lots of vegetables and flowers at the farmers market and had a little snack and then rode all my produce home on my bike and it was a perfect afternoon

i truly, madly, AND deeply hate to admit this, but giving up coffee has had a positive impact on my energy and mental clarity
