Say you go to a happy hour after work.. You grab a few apps totaling around $40, but you decide to get a nicer bottle of wine for say $100.. When the bill arrives, are you tipping 15-25% on the $40 of food? Or the total cost of $140? (I’m a 20% tipper unless service is subpar)

It amazes me how college recruiting has changed so much with social media posts of "Highlights" players post. Highlights, attended camps etc. It is like high school athletes are now marketing to get to the next level.

Coaches, please keep your eyes on the end goal. Yes, you want to compete, get the best out of your players and provide a positive experience. However, your success as a coach is also measured by the players you impact in Life!

Coaching with all the drama, stress and politics is hard enough on its own. I have wondered how coaches can add dealing with the Portal not knowing if a player is coming or going every year. I get it, but how does a coach handle that? Takes a Special coach, beyond winning.

I am being 100% honest. I still can't lean 100% in support of NIL. I understand it, I am just not there. Trying though....
