Hello Conceição, @CoachConceicao This message comes from one Al-Ittihad fan, but it carries the voice of the entire Ittihad stands. You arrived at the club in difficult circumstances, yet the fans believed in you. We saw a coach with a clear identity: high pressing, attacking intent, and courage to push forward again and again. We felt there was a project that only needed the right pieces and momentum. From the start, we stood by you, believing in your ability to build a team capable of making a difference. But recently, that identity has begun to fade. After the changes in the squad, we expected performance to grow with your ideas and with players suited to your style. What happened instead was a loss of consistency, and with it, important opportunities were missed in the league and the King’s Cup. This is not because the team lacks quality, but because something crucial is missing: hunger, spirit, and mental discipline. Now we are at the most critical moment of the season. Just four matches remain in the AFC Champions League Elite. Four matches capable of changing everything, not only for this season but for the entire future of Al-Ittihad. This is not primarily a tactical problem, but a mental one. The players need to regain hunger, passion, belief, unity, and a reason to fight. And this is where your most important role begins. Before plans and systems, restore their spirit. Make them feel the meaning of every moment on the pitch, the meaning of this club, and the history behind it. Because we have seen it before. This team fought with ten men away from home under the toughest circumstances. Against Al Nassr, we played with ten men for more than a full half and still won to qualify. Against Al Hilal, we conceded, then had a defender sent off, yet we fought for more than 80 minutes and came back to equalize. Despite these tough conditions, the team stood strong, challenged the pressure, and showed its strength and character. The ability is there. The character is there. But it needs to be awakened again. Play to your strengths, and be realistic about weaknesses in midfield and central areas. We do not want meaningless possession or predictable attacks. We want a team that knows how to score and how to protect its advantage. We want our players physically and mentally ready for every moment. Just four matches remain. Four matches stand between you and a title worthy of Al-Ittihad, a title that will add to our proud history, to a legacy spanning decades. This time it is in Jeddah, in our home, in front of our fans, who will never forget what you achieve if you do it. We still believe in you. The entire stands are with you. Do not let this moment slip away, and do not waste the chance to make history.
