Got home from a dog walk to find my car doused in something. Emergency services were incredible & confirmed it's a solvent. Given past vandalism, it’s being treated as a hate crime. Grateful it wasn’t worse, but it leaves me questioning how safe I really am. To be a Jew in 2025.

I was in Wales today where beautiful countryside, prime grazing land, is being covered in giant windmills twice the height of Big Ben. Each propeller bigger than a jumbo jet. The “green jobs” being created are in China. It’s corrupt, toxic and evil.

A bit of a distorted history. Here are some basic facts... 1. The vast majority of Arabs in Palestine were not the indigenous population. They were imports from surrounding countries who came in search of jobs and opportunities with the Jewish industries and enterprises. 2. In 1922 Haj Amin al Husseini [a close ally of Hitler and, later, a fugitive from a British death sentence] was appointed Grand Mufti and he stirred the jihadist religious pot which caused Arabs to riot against the Jewish population. 3. In 1922, Britain gave the largest part of Mandatory Palestine to the Arabs to create the state of Trans-Jordan [now call Jordan] 4 . As a result of the riots, the Peel Commission offered to partition the remainder of Palestine [now called 'little Palestine'] so that areas which were predominantly Arab would form a new Palestinian Arab state, and those predominantly Jewish would form a Jewish state. This the Arabs rejected outright. 5. The United Nations made a similar offer in 1947 and again it was totally rejected by the Arabs 6. In 1967, after a 3rd war for survival [and incidentally long before there was an occupational or settlements], and after capturing the territories, Israel offered their return in exchange for only one thing >> an end to Arab belligerence [an offer embedded in UN Security Council Resolution 242], and this too was rejected by the Arabs -- as were later similar offers in 2000 and 2008. 7. In 2005 Israel completely withdrew from Gaza, in the hope of creating a model for peaceful coexistence. This was an opportunity for the Palestinian arabs to create and mini Dubai in Gaza. But no. All Palestinian efforts went into firing barrages of rockets at Israeli civilians [which eventually forced Egypt and Israel to impose a blockade in 2007] 8. Why? Because the Palestinian leadership are not half as interested in creating a state for their own people as they are in destroying the tiny Jewish state and that is why they rejected every offer of statehood and always chose war instead. 9. The Palestinian problem is a self made problem . It was made by them and it can easily be solved by them. If they abandon their traditional hatred violence and belligerence; if they jettison the jihadist leaders they have had since 1922; if they re-educate their children in love - instead of in hatred and violence; if they commit to living in genuine peace alongside Israel, they will have a state peace and prosperity..... Is that asking too much ??

This is an act of terrorism on our Jewish community. This isn’t just about damage, it’s about sending fear through a whole group of people. And it will only get worse if we keep pretending antisemitism isn’t a real and growing danger taking hold in our city. We cannot keep reacting after an attack, leadership means stopping this before it happens.
