@TheCrankyFan Still at 367. Seems like it’s not working right. I just spoke to someone there and they said to stay in line even though the 11:30 window is closing. I doubt this is going to end well.

@matt_levine Maybe one day they’ll come up with a process where you can request and review all of the company info you find relevant before signing the deal. One day.

honestly it's a good lesson in m&a lawyering though, which is that in closing conditions reps are qualified by MAE but covenants by "all material respects"

For at least the last 15 years, nurses at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital have taken part in a special ceremony called the “Blessing of the Hands.” Blessing of the Hands ceremonies have become common during Nurses Week and WDH held 16 of these ceremonies between May 10-12.
