1️⃣ Why are my Loops and mining NEB at 0?
– Your device may be too old or underpowered
– Too many apps running in the background
– Your device time is not synced with the network
2️⃣ Why can’t I complete quests or see ‘auth code error’?
- This usually means your device time is not synced with the internet.
- Please enable auto time sync, reconnect to the internet, and refresh the page.
3️⃣ Why do I have invitees but no Invite NEB?
Your referrals only generate NEB when they mine or complete quests.
4️⃣ What’s next for Nebulai?
- New features are in development. These include performance upgrades, tools for developers, and better visibility across the global network.
- We’re also actively onboarding more partners and contributors to grow the ecosystem.
