Rashford for comparison; overslept/late, dropped. Clubbed after derby loss. Two nights clubbing in Belfast heavy drinking, claimed illness, missed one training (while fit), apologised, dropped for one FA Cup game & heavy fine. Speeding 104 mph, 6 month ban. The same media that called for Rashford to “focus on football” now offers Grealish compassion & understanding. Treat every player to the same standard of care & accountability.
