@IsobelMB @drzaf_pic @KothariTrishul @whosalama I think there is a careful balance between consultant presence and consultant availability for questions that needs to be established… and this applies 24/7. Trainees need to learn how to decision make, but know they have the back up and support of the team.

Office space for example? Rest facilities, hot food? I could generate a list… and I’ve not even spoken of the Computers 😱… this is feedback from across the region #DoctorsStrike

@cooperella Similar attempt to control mud…. The shower is off limits as there is a leak, and the groomer is going to get a disgusting surprise tomorrow…@drcatbt is to blame 😂😂
