Unpopular opinion but the Sky will probably be fine. They have the cap space to (over)pay for a big name and FRPs that they can trade.

Angel will be fine too. She gets to go to a contender and make the playoffs right away. She gets to play within an already really good defense and give herself a chance to make a defensive team.
