@BillBartholomew The Residence Inn on Sabin is constantly blocking a lane of travel for valet as well even though they have a dedicated space in front for Valet, they just seem to park cars there instead.

As our reporting has shown, Capital Grille in Providence has made habit of utilizing the adjacent right lane of Memorial Boulevard for valet parking operations. This runs in contrast to the city's policies and procedures. More to follow.
