Started a peptide stack a few weeks ago: - BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-CU (Glow stack) ~4 weeks - Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) ~2 weeks Effects: - BPC + TB: Not as sore after workouts. No injuries. Wouldn't say super obvious effects. Would probably want to go off for 4 weeks to see. - GHK-CU: Def working. Noticing clearer skin and faster hair growth. Facial clarity spreading from the outside to inner face. Optimistic will continue to get better, I think will hit hardest 8-12 weeks in. - NR: def working; get energizing effect from it. Will continue to expand what I try. Feels like there's going to be a lot of progress in next 2-3 years in peptides + more self-service preventative health options like function health and prenuvo.
