Please let the show portray Gabrielle in all her complicated glory 🙏 she is abusive to Lestat, she's cold, she's cruel; she loves him immensely, she admires him, she lives free, she broke away from the chains of womanhood. She is a complex complicated figure, amen 🙂‍↕️

@sill_pidge And there's never any moment when you're not asked to sympathize with them. Louis was drugging, raping, & murdering more than a hundred young gay men & we were never asked not to care about his pain & his reasons. I think that could be done for Armand.

ykw as much as i'm excited to see tvl's beautiful prose brought into the show i'm just as excited for the original lines rolin has been cooking, bc these might be some of the most beautiful lines ever written for television
