I'm glad that in my 20s and 30s, I never deprioritised health and training for more than a few weeks at a time.
I remember up until 23 I was skinny, very small and felt weak.
It actually really affected my confidence.
I first started going to the gym around 24/25, and initially I had no idea what I was doing.
But I started to believe that it'd let me change my body composition, and perhaps become a bit more confident.
And it did.
It pushed me into learning about every muscle group, how protein is synthesised, how the body grows, how it ages, how to control its responses and promote continued adaptations to gain strength and new abilities.
I've not for one second regretted all the time I've spent in the gym.
And at 40, I have never felt healthier or stronger.
The gym is the perfect place to work on yourself, and I mean that more mentally than physically.
At this point I don't care too much about physical adaptations.
But I sure as hell care about showing up for myself, showing myself that I can still deal with pressure, discomfort, and push myself to new limits.
The gym isn’t the only way to do this, of course. Whatever you enjoy.
But take it seriously and don't ever trade off your health.
Your health is your time, and your time is all you really have.

@lotfullah_ Make sure you’re using auto mode. No permission prompts, but much safer than dangerous mode

Sometimes Claude acts like an experienced surgeon, doing the tasks in a few concrete steps.
Sometimes it acts like a very polite person in a level that's annoying, it is asking permission for every minor tasks. @bcherny, let's give it a full access like codex.

He’s right I think there is a lot of opportunity here and it’s interesting because everyone knows the date of the release but nobody knows what’s possible in the game itself
