Passed 3 hours on hold fr a call back from @dish_answers @dish Trying to cancel my account

@dish_answers Nice canned response for keeping people on hold for hours! And the only way to cancel dish is to call in!

Trying to cancel @dish Started yesterday with being on hold twice for an hour and once for 45 minutes. Nothing. Starting today twice for an hour and currently on hold from a call back from them now lasting over 2.5 hours!

@dish_answers Does it usually take being on hold for almost 3 hours now for someone to help?
