a couple of people asked for my ab routine but i do not focus on my abs at all. i just try to get at least 20k steps a day. recently it’s been 25k-30k. i don’t go to the gym.

day 2 set your calories 1) ur calorie limit -> bodyweight x 18 kcal 2) start protein (eggs, chicken, yogurt) 3) eat light at night 4) walk 8k steps (if you can’t try 4-5k) (we don’t starve, we eat smart now)
