Had a long, emotional meeting with my medical team today. I’m drained. I don’t know how much longer I can keep going. I’ve been holding onto hope, but it’s fading fast #CPTSD #Trauma

My medical team have again read+commented on correspondence from my abuser. All personal details were removed. They said they’re making a fool of themselves. I can’t see it that way. They agree that this person is deliberately harassing me. The description ‘twisted’ was also used

The events I’ve cancelled since Sept 2025. My life has no joy, it is empty+process driven to get me into work each day. I do nothing outside of work, except work. My medical team are as stuck as I am as there are so many unknowns+much confusion around how I’m being treated #cptsd

Until you’ve written a suicide note with despair in your heart, tears in your eyes, and pain in your soul so horrendous that it makes you believe death is the only solution for peace, don’t tell me that it’s cowardly, selfish, or an attempt for attention.

Such a difficult+painful time for me at the moment #CPTSD #Trauma It really is astonishing how people turn away+reject you when you’re feeling so low, and from the people you least expect it from. The pain is immense and my life has changed forever. I have no strength left

Being in a toxic environment when you’re already suicidal is crushing. Getting called names, being gaslit, being torn down. It doesn’t just hurt, it intensifies the urge to not exist. And the hardest part? You don’t always recognize it as abuse because you’ve gotten so used to it.

Suicide prevention and messaging MUST NOT be based on the presumption that people have family or friends who care. That in itself is isolating.

When someone doesn't respond for a long, long time, stop chasing, waiting, and wondering. See it as their rejection. No response is a response. No message is a message. What's meant for you will never reject you. You don't have to knock twice for the door that's meant for you.

Productive morning. Had a chat with the clinic and it looks like I’ll be approved. It honestly can’t come quick enough. Will need to remortgage to raise the cash

Not hurting someone further when they speak up about getting hurt, is the bare minimum in respect and self-awareness.

Trauma makes you cancel plans you actually wanted to keep. Ignore texts you meant to reply to. Distance yourself from people you love. Not because you’re cold. But because your nervous system doesn’t feel safe not even in kindness. That’s the part no one sees.
