If I had a blank check with REACHER I would scrap all the boring seasonal plots and structure it like STAR TREK or a western: episode begins with Reacher coming to town, he gets in a scrape, helps somebody out, makes out with some girl, and leaves as the credits roll

This season of REACHER is somehow dumber than the other two

As an adult with any degree of complexity to your life: if you want your life full of more of the things you want, you should be willing to do those things imperfectly but frequently

@thebendungan Nah, nothing quantified, but expectations align with ability. The floor is generally a 10-15 minute walk around. Sometimes when sick I've let myself cut it short.

@mlarson Love this, Mark! Curious - is there a minimum amount of time before you say you achieved this? I would guess taking out the trash or walking to your car doesn't count. How do you quantify this?

Today makes 700 straight days spending time outside. Snow, rain, heat, illness, sloth, injury, no excuses for staying indoors. Not that special, not that difficult, but one of the best things I've done for my health. 10/10, strong recommend. 🌞🌝
