Day 45 of 88 Day @vechainofficial VeBetter 88 Day Health Challenge! Haven’t been posting too much on x as of late, but that doesn’t mean I’ve given up on this challenge. Keeping up with my high protein diet, maintaining exercise goals and even improving my overall strength. So thankful for @LudoDidymus and the other legends in the tg group sharing insights, exercises , and recipes. All of which keeps me running forward instead of walking away.
