Such conduct violated both his employment contract and the company’s professional code of ethics. After careful consideration, the company has decided to remove Felix Fan from his position as X Layer spokesperson with immediate effect. Effective from the time of this announcement, any statements or actions by Felix Fan shall not be deemed to represent X Layer. The company will handle all related matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
