@SonyBarvia Lajpat Nagar service centre took our TV for repair 2 weeks ago with promise to return it in 10 days. They have no courtesy to inform of delay and cut calls during conversation when we enquire. No timeline on how much more time they need. SHOCKED. @Sony @SonyIndia1

My LED TV's screen had an issue. On 20th Aug, @sony_india Lajpat Nagar service centre took it for repair & assured to return in 10days. After 12 days and many calls to CC and SC, they are still clueless about the time they need to fix it. SHOCKED, they don't inform on their own
