Failing to call this a war crime is pure excuse-making. Trump isn't threatening strikes on military infrastructure; he is threatening "stone ages", destroying ALL bridges, and destroying ALL power plants, plus water desalination plans. This is the definition of a war crime.

I followed the law. I hired a lawyer. I even gave him extra time to leave. He’s still there. Let me ask a simple question: When someone uses fraud to take your property, why is it treated like a normal tenant dispute? This system doesn’t protect honest people. It punishes them. NYC talks about a “housing crisis.” But who would rent out their property under these conditions? This is not just my story. This is happening to small landlords across New York. And nobody is fixing it.
