@drsimondavey Interesting point. Owl certainly does not represent the worst elements….. what a good management consultant needs is a balance of experience, communication and leadership. So I would suggest Tigger, Owl, Pooh, Piglet a Christopher Robin!! Yes?

I have seen too many “schemes” #LTN or other that have been based on emotion rather than fact - resulting in waste (time money and resource). These proposals fall into this category.

@st_pye @JCamadoo @ElthornePR @David_Millican There is a flaw in your logic: if we start with schemes that are imposed rather than sensibly researched, then we have an imperfect situation. Of course there will be a period of “consultation”, but let’s start with plans that are needed, workable and understood.

@st_pye @JCamadoo @ElthornePR @David_Millican Sadly there are two sides to each story. We also welcome #LTN where they create an overall positive impact. The present proposals are not based on fact and will cause as much as solve problems (if they truly existed in the first place).

@EalingCouncil @BassamMahfouz This is what the budget should cover - spending our Council Tax on services which affect local residents who fund the Council. Whether “lifting the wages” of those who work tirelessly on street cleaning and recycling will change the effectiveness of services is not clear.
