8/ Once subDAOs launch, each will make on-chain changes by writing and submitting their own executive proxies to Maker Governance. This will become the Omnibus Spell process at Maker.

The latest @makerdao executive vote executed the onboarding of rETH into Spark through a new process called Executive Proxy. Executive proxies allow Maker to scale up governance without jeopardizing its security in a way that was not possible before. smol summary 🧵
