Linky 6.4 is available on the App Store and adds support for Bluesky! It also brings optimizations for Mastodon and iOS 17. apps.apple.com/app/id438090426

(1/2) From today, Twitter will no longer work in Linky because Twitter revoked Linky's access to its API. To re-establish the connection, we would need to update to a new API plan which we won't do because there is no affordable plan adapted to Linky.

@twittlik GIF is supported by Linky. I just made a try by inserting an animated GIF stored in my Photos.app library and it's correctly displayed by Twitter. How did you insert the GIF in Linky?

@pragmaticcode Benoît — I loooove Linky, is there any chance for it to work in more occasions so I can use it more often? For example in reader mode on Safari or when selecting text in all other apps? 💚

@twittlik @AkwyZ Hi Malik, Linky 6.3.4 is available on the App Store. It adds support for Songwhip. It also contains improvements for the Universal Music Links feature.

@twittlik @AkwyZ Both were originally supported (you could choose which one to use) but Songwhip failed at some point so I had to remove it. I will make a try to check if the issue is fixed.

@rmateu Hi Roberto, good to see that you're still using Linky! “yearly passive aggressive tweet”😂. I'm already struggling to find time for the iOS version. A macOS version is off the table for now. Not that I wouldn't like to, but it's physically 🤪 impossible.

@pragmaticcode my yearly "wish Linky was on macOS" passive aggressive tweet 😅. No need to for Safari extension or even share menu support. Just URL Scheme would work here.
